Kosmos Lodge #171, Free and Accepted Masons, is one of the ten Scottish Rite Blue Lodges of the 16th Masonic District of the Grand Lodge of the State of Louisiana. We meet on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 61097 Fish Hatchery Road, Lacombe, LA.

Last Night's Meeting...

It was a pleasure to welcome Rt. W. Bro. Andy Mims, P.M., Germania #46, Dante #174, DDGM for the 16th District, and W. Bro. Reed Holmes, P.M., Germania #46 to our meeting last night. We look forward to receiving Rt. W. Bro. Mims formally at a meeting in the future.

W.M. Randy Smith announced that one of his goals for 2006 is that Kosmos Lodge win an Achievement Award. To that end, we discussed a number of programs and projects that we can do during the year to meet this goal. Among these were a Past Masters' Dinner, topics for open meetings, and possibilities for a charity project.
